The Hakura procession has been held since the 6th (Heisei 1). At Hakura Shrine, which enshrines the character "Hakura," who appears in the legend of Hagoromo, a fire ritual is performed according to the ancient ceremony, and the pilot flame is sent to the Haguruma Shrine in the Hagoromo Festival venue. A person dressed as Hakura gets on a small boat pulled by a procession of local children's associations and residents' associations and walks about 2 kilometers to the venue. ​
